The Justice Department’s Inspector General, Michael Horowitz, will soon release a much-anticipated assessment of Democratic and Republican charges that officials at the FBI interfered in the 2016 presidential campaign. That year-long probe, sources familiar with it tell TIME, is expected to come down particularly hard on former FBI director James Comey, who is currently on a high-profile book tour. It will likely find that Comey breached Justice Department protocols in a July 5, 2016, press conference when he criticized Hillary Clinton for using a private email server as Secretary of State even as he cleared her of any crimes, the sources say. The report is expected to also hit Comey for the way he reopened the Clinton email probe less than two weeks before the election, the sources say.

How do we know which FBI agents are horribly corrupt and can jail or kill anyone who fingers them (and frame any US citizen at whim)? Like the Deep State Washington in general.

One thing in this article repeatedly appears over and over in the MSM.

The “Russians” hacked the DNC server and provided the emails to Wikileaks. Is there not more evidence that Seth Rich, who supported Bernie, was the source of the leaks?

A comparison of the available evidence is heavily weighted towards the leaks being an inside job by someone who felt his candidate was being mistreated, yet the MSM keeps parroting the Russian hack theory (they probably did hack for internal use) as if it were global warming dogma.

If the GOP really had talking points the theory that Seth Rich was the source for Wikileaks should be the standard reply to any statement by a reporter or pundit who claims the Russians hacked the DNC (to support Trump no less). It is likely the Russians did hack or tried to hack the DNC and GOP servers, but there is no evidence they turned over the material to Wikileaks. On top of that, everyone talks about the hack as if the damage was because of the hack and not the content of the emails.

Just my .02, but we should not let them get away with parroting this talking point and I have seen many on the right who let it pass without comment or even acknowledge it without bringing up the amount of evidence that indicates Seth Rich was the source of the leak.

I feel bad for feeling it, but that was my feeling seeing the interview. He has an amazing body of experience and probably 1000x more to draw upon than your average talking head sent to do an interview, but age is not kind ones faculties, and it didn’t seem his wits were working well for him last night.

You tried to overthrow the results of the November 2016 presidential election and you tried to topple a duly elected president.

All of you not-so-special agents who were involved with this should be paraded nude through the streets and then marched in front of a firing squad to answer for your treason.

I guess you not-so-special agents miss the glory days of framing Richard Jewett for the 1996 Atlanta Olympics bombing, burning men, women and children at Waco, and shooting a woman holding a baby at Ruby Ridge, Idaho.
