I recently saw pure maple syrup labeled as 100% organic. I thought to myself that ALL 100% pure maple syrup is 100% organic. It is not like there are guys out in the woods fertilizing the Sugar Maple trees.
Watering the trees, but rarely fertilizing...
Pure Syrup must have some inorganic minerals in it.
