Presidents about Cohen and Clifford (Daniels)
Donald Trump twitter ^ | May 3, 2018 | President Trump

Posted on 05/03/2018 4:50:37 AM PDT by SMGFan

Mr. Cohen, an attorney, received a monthly retainer, not from the campaign and having nothing to do with the campaign, from which he entered into, through reimbursement, a private contract between two parties, known as a non-disclosure agreement, or NDA. These agreements are.....

So there you have it. All of what was in this explanation is easily verified by an existing paper trail.

And that, to the liberal, is proof that there was a crime and deeper digging is needed to ferret out the deeply hidden secret crime; lack of proof is no proof that a crime was not committed, and therefore, DJT is guilty as charged.

See how easy it is to become a criminal?

Yep. Giuliani said about as much last night, but some would rather believe the Daily Beast and misinterpret.

This really ought to put a nail in the whole Stormy Daniels coffin. Simple paper trail, through a lawyer, easy to follow and verify. Not much point in trying to debate it. Anyone who still thinks this is worth pursuing is an idiot and should be told so.

Liberal psychosis ...

Psychotic.

“Psychotic disorders are a group of serious illnesses that affect the mind. They make it hard for someone to think clearly, make good judgments, respond emotionally, communicate effectively, understand reality, and behave appropriately. When symptoms are severe, people with psychotic disorders have ... .”

Really? What was the lie?

My understanding was he was asked if he was aware of the payment made to Stormy Daniels. And since this payment was made by his attorney using the power of attorney for Trump which he had in his possession then Donald Trump was truthfully able to say that he was not aware of the payment because it was made without him being consulted before hand.

Bottom line is nothing here is illegal.

I have a really strong feeling that Cohen was raided to eliminate the real bombshell in this whole “affair”:

Cohen produced a counter offer because Hillary/Gloria Allred/David Brock were paying women to bring slanderous charges against Trump. Because Stormy’s was consensual, they low-balled her and she went to Cohen with evidence. He probably was sitting on the emails waiting for a signal from Trump when he got raided.

Most of those FReepers didn’t need the Daily Beast. They automatically assumed the worst.

Daniels is a fat over the hill sex worker with an expensive drug habit.

NYT is making this the BIG takeaway from the Giuliani interview, yet:

2 May: The Hill: NYT slammed for lack of transparency in editor’s resignation
By Joe Concha
The New York Times is under fire following the announcement of a top editor’s resignation, with critics pointing to a lack of transparency in an original statement that did not provide a reason for the departure.
Former metropolitan editor Wendell Jamieson was forced to resign on Monday due to “inappropriate communications” with three of the publication’s female employees, according to the paper’s own reporting...

“To protect the privacy of those involved, we do not intend to comment further,” (Executive Editor Dean Baquet and Managing Editor Joseph Kahn) added...
Other journalists, media reporters and critics have targeted Baquet and the Times on Twitter, with some pointing out how aggressively the paper has broken stories about and covered sexual harassment allegations at other organizations...

try finding any of the following in the FakeNewsMSM:

2 May: Washington Times: Rudy Giuliani blasts Mueller probe, says ‘disgraceful’ Comey should be indicted
by Victor Morton Rowan Scarborough contributed to this report
“I know James Comey and I know President Trump. Sorry Jim, I know you’re a liar. You’re a disgraceful liar,” Mr. Giuliani told Sean Hannity.
“Comey should be prosecuted for leaking confidential FBI information,” Mr. Giuliani concluded about the memos finding their way via a law professor to the New York Times...

Mr. Giuliani also warned Mr. Mueller against trying to subpoena Mr. Trump to force him to testify under oath...
Mr. Giuliani told Mr. Hannity that in addition to written questions being submitted, he wanted Mr. Trump to be able to submit his answers via audio tape.

He also criticized the questions, saying the investigation “has become a witch hunt like the president said. They’re ‘trap’ questions,” designed to catch Mr. Trump in a lie, creating a crime where there hadn’t been one before.
“The crimes now have all been committed by the government and their agents,” Mr. Giuliani concluded, referring to abuse of the FISA court process to spy on the Trump campaign on behalf of the then-sitting president’s party...

The former mayor, also a former prosecutor, also accused Mr. Comey of falsely exonerating Mrs. Clinton over her use of a private email account and server, and the resulting mishandling of classified information.
“I do not know why the Justice Department is not investigating Hillary Clinton. James Comey rigged the whole case,” he said.

Mr. Hannity quotes the former FBI boss as saying “Hillary Clinton deeply respects the rule of law,” prompting Mr. Giuliani to reply, “this is a very perverted man.”

The Watergate Break-In was a scandal because political operatives broke into the DNC to steal private papers. And the press was aghast.

Fast forward to the early 21st Century and we have the FBI openly breaking into a lawyer’s office to steal private papers. And the press cheers.

On top of the gross hypocrisy, these actions reveals the lie of the press being the protectors of our democracy.

One can also surmise that the result of this destruction of the 4th Amendment protections by the corrupt FBI must ultimately be a great disappointment to them. You can be sure the FBI poured over the confidential papers expecting to find something, anything, to use to finally destroy Trump. Or baring that, some salacious nugget they could leak to their propaganda wing; CNN / NYTimes. As we’ve heard nothing, one can assume this gross raid produced nothing... except the further corruption of the FBI.

Mark Levin had the former director of the Federal Election Commission on his radio show a few days ago and he said there is absolutely no campaign finance violation. None.

President Trump should not have used the word “campaign” in his tweet. He’s on firm legal ground, but terrible political ground.

They know Stormy Daniels is not going to go anywhere. It’s taking the optics of it and applying it to the #metoo movement, intended to move women who would vote Republican to the Democrat column.

Yeah, they probably are thinking that way.

But women understand women. The women I’m talking to, who are mostly feminists, understand perfectly well who and what Stormy is. She’s not getting any respect out here. They see what she’s doing. The women I talk to often don’t like Trump and seem to think of him as a pig, but Stormy isn’t really a factor in their assessment. I think the media overplays this particular angle and will see no benefit from it.
