People with no skills making $15.00 / hr can't contribute to the improvement of infrastructure. All they know how to do is show up late for work, go to lunch and not com back until the next day(late of course).

As far as care-giving is concerned, I would not trust these folks with a goldfish.

Oh, I don’t know. Every road work-project I see PLENTY of people w/o skills, making considerably MORE than $15/hr. to turn a GO/STOP sign, loiter around a single guy digging a hole w/ a shovel, flagging cars, operating heavy machinery (EG: street sweeper) at TORTOISE speeds...
