Geraldo Rivera’s son Cruz was busted for allegedly choking his ex-girlfriend and then chomping down on her leg and hand as she tried to flee his Manhattan apartment, according to police sources Wednesday.
Cruz Rivera’s former flame, Meghan Burke, 26, showed up at his 175th Street apartment in Washington Heights around 5 p.m. Tuesday to pick up some of her things, sources said.
But once she was inside, Cruz, 30, allegedly pounced on her, throwing her onto a bed, pinning her there from behind in a chokehold and nearly causing her to pass out, sources said.
Burke tried to escape, but Cruz allegedly bit her on the hand, according to sources. She made one more try and broke free, but not before Cruz is accused of chomping down on her leg, too.
A neighbor who lives above Cruz says she heard the Sunday night melee.
“I heard the girl scream,” the neighbor, 33, said. “I heard her say something about a bed. Then like ‘Stop!’ ” Cruz’s roommate called 911, sources said.
Another neighbor, 50-year-old Josefina Lopez, said there was a racket coming from Cruz’s apartment Saturday night, too, including a woman shouting, “Give me my wallet and my cell phone!”

The reason Michelle Malkin refused to appear on “The O’Reilly Factor” (she told me this in an email) was that during a debate on illegal immigration, Geraldo threatened to pee on her head, and she thought O’Reilly sided with Geraldo.
She should have just grabbed a fist full of his chest hair and pulled.
He told cops at the scene that he was TV journalist Geraldo’s son.

Oh isn’t he disgusting? You can always tell a lefty when they run out of argument the names and stupid comments are all they have.
Ms. Malkin is much too much a lady to put up with that nonsense. She always has my “vote,” as for the so-called gentlemen, O’Reilly and Rivera, I can’t get to the remote quick enough to change channel when either of them showed their faces.
