QUEENSBURY, NY The Warren County Sheriff's Office have arrested a 41 year old man, accused of being undocumented after he was arrested on larceny charges following a shoplifting investigation.
Investigators say Julian Dejarano was arrested after reports that he was shoplifting from several stores in the French Mountain Commons on Route 9. Police say Dejarano was taken into custody after a brief foot pursuit. While in custody, deputies learned that the identification he gave to officers was false and that he had been deported several times due to criminal activity in multiple states.
Dejarano was charged with grand larceny, petit larceny, criminal possession of stolen property, forgery and possession of a forged instrument.

Illegals have full sanctuary rights.
Citizens have one right: The right to become a crime victim.

All these these guys are quite possibly Dreamers.
We should not wait until illegal aliens commit additional crimes before they are removed.
Foreigners should not be given the chance to victimize Americans.
