Thanks; it was brilliant, and I wish I could claim credit. Everyone will know immediately what it means; they have them all over neighboring NYC since the murderer in a truck ran down people on the bike path, and for parades now they have them all along the route: Concrete blocks and sand-filled garbage trucks (”mobile diversity barriers”)...
