Two comments on that chart
1) the idea that Afghanistan and Pakistan are at 82 IQ is ridiculous. These places rule the world in cousin-marriage. IMHO a large part of their populations have mental retardation
2) China at 105 is a function of very random sampling and Communist propaganda. Chinese are very intelligent and have a society that generally fosters education, but believing their statistics is just like believing Cuba has the lowest infant-mortality rate in the world.

Exactly right. The kids know it, too. So they "act out" (as the libs like to say) which really means they disrupt the entire class so nobody can learn. You can only discipline, suspend or expel 25% of the minorities if you also discipline, suspend or expel 25% of the white kids, even if they don't deserve it. The result is NOBODY gets disciplined and the inmates run the asylum.

Get all of the bright students into private schools and let all of the dumb students have the public schools.

Of course, in my day, kids who didn’t cut it got “left back.” It was a great taboo to a child and encouraged most to do anything to avoid that fate.
I still feel sorry for my sister-in-law, a smart lady, who was left back in 2nd grade. To this day, she hasn’t gotten over it.
That's pretty much the way it is already. Those who can afford it send their kids to private schools, while the public schools are the dumping ground for those who don't care about learning anything other than how to operate the latest electronic gadget, how to convince some stupid girl to give him some, where to find the best drugs at the best prices, etc. They have virtually no interest (except for a very few exceptional kids) in reading, writing, math, science, etc. And then, despite many students not even attending classes or doing their assignments, the NYC DOE proudly hands them diplomas whose best use is wiping yourself after defecation.

This is known as the “redistributive” model of schooling and intelligence. Total crap. And child abuse.
These upper middle class white liberals are not our friends. In no way should we support them. They demand these initiatives for middle class and working class neighborhoods. Let these hypocrites enjoy the fruits of diversity. I felt that if we had to let in a bunch of refugees, put ‘em all in the rich uber liberal enclaves of Manhattan, Martha’s Vineyard, Marin County, and Beverly Hills.

Martha’s Vineyard is a summer resort-—mostly locals there in the winter. They may be liberal but they are far from rich.

I don’t think this is good enough, they should Export 25% of their Students also and Bus them to lower performing schools to boost their Average Grade score.
