No, never. This is Cynthia McKinney's old district. Johnson's (now) district has been carefully gerrymandered to include a majority of black gimme voters. They will NEVER vote for anyone who doesn't espouse their own philosophy of bone deep sense of entitlement, resentment and envy for those who actually want to make something of themselves. Catherine Davis (black female) ran as a republican against moron Johnson in 2006 and was beaten 75% to 25%. SO I reiterate: Johnson's seat is safe because the moron voters in his district think the same way he does.
