They would not win. Johnson has been shown to be a moron, but in the last election he won over his Republican opponent by 220,000 votes to 70,000 votes Johnson is completely representative of the majority of the voters in his district. The problem with garbage like Johnson is the voters in their districts. The voters know what the candidates stand for and make a conscious choice to vote for the candidate who best represents their own way of thinking.
