I have intentionally not weighed in regarding Sessions for personal reasons, but I am strongly concerned that Mr. Sessions have fallen into a deep political Stockholm Syndrome frame of mind. That is very troubling.

So, like Trey Gowdy, it looks like he can talk. Lets see if he can act too. :)

Why special? A first year prosecutor should be able to do it. At least according to Hannity, Limbaugh et al. Unless they are using hyperbole.

Sessions should be fired. Mueller should be fired. Rosenstien should be fired. Congress has zero authority to effect in anyway those firing. zero. Trump better wake up and quit living in denial. We elected Trump president and he needs to get with it.

Because the special ones drag their target’s misery out for years.

The one time when the case for an outside special counsel is compelling is the one here, where there is ample evidence to believe that there has been a conspiracy involving numerous people, the number and extent unknown, within the DOJ and the FBI to commit a number of crimes having to do with abuse of power.

One the other hand, there was no logic supporting the appointment of a special counsel for supposed Russian-Trump collusion. The claimed reason for Sessions’ recusal did not apply to Rosenstein or any other person in the DOJ.

Is he really that blind that he doesn’t see this as a political war and that he’s allowing only one side to fight it???

Sorry I am late. I was busy celebrating the upcoming executions in Texas.

Sessions is a worthless POS. The imbecile is dirty.

I can give you more Sessions insults, but I need to get ready to mow our lawns.

“Richard Nixon was good at firing people”.
Yes and he was so right when he did. He should have never resigned. He would have never been impeached. He did it for the good of the nation at a time in history that needed full attention. The Democrats then cut off the money to VietNam after we had left and over a million were killed because they did. Absolute truth.

Nixon did what a circumspect POTUS does when his own party aligns against him. The GOP Uniparty has been against Trump from the beginning. They are of the Swamp and Trump is the biggest—probably the only—threat the Swamp has ever faced.

If it’s taken on a life of its own, then it no longer has the life that was given it.

So, kill it.

But if you won’t do that, Mr AG, then do the USA a huge good deed, resign!
