IS there no statute of limitations on assault of a male also? My God. Can all those guys I beat up in high school press criminal charges on me now? I say 10 years. After that, the female can be sued for defamation. So given a 4-yr-old + 10 = 14 years old. A 14-y-o knows what happened and is well beyond the age to understand right from wrong. Given all the satanic pedophiles, this should catch those devils as well.
