That’s pretty quick for a conviction.

The fact the jury was hung up on such a basic issue as “consent” after a trial that long is not a good sign for the prosecution. But you never know what a jury is going to hang its hat on in making a decision.

I have to say that if I was on that jury, I’d vote for innocent even if I believed he did it. The exception would be if there are violent particulars.
When this much time goes by, I see it as a pure money grab. I’m really against that. Jury nullification can be a very good thing.

I saw Cosby perform live several times. His routines were clean and funny. I thought he was one of the rare normal people in Hollywood. I was close. He was normal for Hollywood.
