Yikes! However,although I’m not a lawyer I’d be willing to bet that a woman (or girl) could sue in Federal court for damages in such a case.In fact I wouldn’t be surprised if there wasn’t some Federal criminal statute that would allow for prosecution....civil rights,for example.
