Why wasn't 0bama's decision ruled "arbitrary and capricious"? DACA was an executive order, not a law. Hey judge, here's a reason: "Just 'cause … ".

Donald Trump is POTUS, and this falls under his purview.

Why do we even hold elections anymore? Why do illegal foreigners have more rights than native Americans? Is 0bama still president?

Daca was never a eo. Just policy. Obama or Trump never issued a eo for daca.
