"GOP control of the Senate is narrow, and with the upcoming Senate races, the power balance could tip in favor of Democrat, pro-abortion advocates."

Repeal the ill-conceived 17th Amendment so that the feds stop spending money on things that the states have never given them the specific power to tax and spend for — like abortion.

The 16th Amendment can disappear too.
