Roy Moore will vote to support President Trump by voting YES.

Oh, wait....................

That’s right, Mitch decided it would be better to have a Democrat voting on these close ones instead of a Republican Senator Moore.

Maybe it dawned on him that explaining to the voters why he’d vote against Pompeo when he voted to confirm Kerry for same position was an explanation he just couldn’t come up with down the road.

I got to tell you as someone who thought Rand would have made a good VP, I revise my remarks. I am no longer a fan after this stunt. His old man would always vote No on sub bills but when it came to bring the bacon back, he’d vote for it. No more wishy-washy, Senator, get aboard the Trump train or go home....

Who would become director of CIA? Bill Binney would be excellent (if he was interested) but too many deep state believers in both parties.

I was confident. He realizes that Trump’s previous statements on foreign policy are what need to be focused on.

Great for Rand!!!!! And great for Trump.

Just watched the ‘ZOO CLOWNS’ on C-span regarding the Pompeo vote...Never in my life time have I seen a POTUS treated so disrespectful as it is done now with DJT.
I hope every DEMOCRAT lose their seat in November...let's ROAR LIKE LIONS TO MAKE IT HAPPEN...

You know, I still have it in the back of my mind that it really is none of the Congress’s business who the presidents choose as their cabinet members. If I wanted to select person A to be my sec of state, to hell with the congress. What do those fools have in rights to tell the president whom he can choose to advise him on the various departments heads. Who the president selects to the many other cabinet offices should be the president’s choices. Why should those fools have the right to say No to A, but you can have C or D. What if he did not want B, C or D??? If the prez feels that A is his better choice, then he should get to choose whom he wants. He won the election. He has a right to select who his advisors are. Just one man’s opinion. I know there are many who will disagree, but oh well.

I have my doubts on Pompeo but like Dr. Paul ,this is the right thing to do. Trump was elected. He deserves his choices. In the end , it is the policy of the President— not his employees. Paul did the right thing.

That’s mighty white of Rand to vote for a brilliant engineer that finished 1st in his class at West Point. I bet not a single demrat will vote for confirmation.

Leaders have to move the ball down the field, not sit in the stands playing Monday Morning President.

Here is a thought for you two to chew on.

Quite probably President Trump and Senator Paul had this set up from the start.

By creating the illusion Paul was opposed, it drew out Dem Senators in Red states to commit to vote for Pompano thinking the nominee would never make it out of Committee.

Now these Red State Dems have been publicly wrong footed and cannot walk back their stated intention to vote for Pompao

When are you two knee jerk whiners going to learn?

We all know you are just going to mindless bitch no matter what. Your posts are just irrelevant noise since they are never based on thought but just your knee jerk whining.

Good, Rand Paul is one of the few honest men in Congress, and should vote Yes.
