Sounds like what they are trying to say is that the places currently experiencing good weather should be making reparations to those areas where the weather is currently bad. This has to be a 2-way street & if it’s done right everyone will know it’s all about the dollar that can be extracted because someone doesn’t like the climate they are dealt.

So we can safely assume that if the US is enjoying good climate change we may have to allow refugees from other nations who have poor climate change to come in and be subsidized by the American tax payer
