Exactly. How did this Corker deal manage to subvert the constitutional requirement for Senate ratification?

Let's see, the number of parliamentarians in:
Britain = 650 + Germany = 598 + France = 577

For a Total of = 1825 parliamentarians

So only 300 out of 1825 is somewhere between 16% to 16.5%. I'm not impressed.
