This POS is getting some strange legal advice. Sure, lawyers love to collect big fees, but how exactly is this going to benefit McCabe? He is going to get shredded.
He has over $500K in go fund me funds. If he spend some of it and wins, he gets his pension started early. He probably lost somewhere between $600K - $1M by having his pension delayed. If he loses, so what. It is not his money.
