THIS IS AWESOME.

This literally opens up every record the DNC possesses on the 2016 campaign to the Russians, to Trump and to Wikileaks. Further, all defendants can file a counter-suit based on statements made in the Steele memo (which the DNC/Hillary financed and released to the Press) and other press releases.

I’m not sure which dumbasses at the DNC thought this up, but now that they’ve opened a royal can of legal worms, LET THE ENTERTAINMENT BEGIN.

This will be better than the adventures of Carlos Danger

I am not an attorney, and I do not play one on TV, but isn’t there a process called “discovery” where both sides look at the other side’s evidence?

Big mistake by the DNC. Wikileaks + discovery phase could very well split their party in two.

The DNC leadership are a bunch of fools who don’t have a clue about anything other than putting their agenda and RATS in power.

Correct, the depositions will require the DNC to reveal all their records as well.

Just remember, the DNC, HRC campaign and the Obama administration conspired to hide payments to a foreign national who worked with members of the Russian government to compose a document used to smear candidate and then duly elected Trump.

That is what I was thinking. Trump should hire Judicial Watch to be his legal team.

Discovery will be interesting. Let’s start with the logs. Did someone hack the computer and remain connected for the hours it would have taken to find and download that much data, or did someone on the inside provide it? Many other fun questions come to mind.

Agree. This is insanely stupid of the Democrats.

...but that is redundant :)

Let’s start with the Espionage Act and private, non-sanctioned, servers with above top secret data on them, run by Pakistani nationals that fled the country. Then the deletion of emails after subpoena.

...time to order a dump truck full of popcorn.

That is what I was thinking. Let them show their proof and then let the real truth be presented and then march them to a military tribunal.

And if they request it today, can they prevent the DNC morons from blocking the request?
