If true, this is bizarre. Truely bizarre. If true, it’s capitulation. If it’s capitulation, why? Do the NORKS still have nukes or the capability to produce any? If not, why not? I don’t believe that some fairy grandmother swooped down a cratered a mountain. Hopefully someone cratered it for them. After all the terrifying hyperbole, to just say “we’re done” doesn’t make sense.

One of my parents was originally from a communist eastern Europe country. We never would have thought 30 or 40 years ago that Czechoslovakia, East Germany, Poland, etc. were making their own independent foreign policy moves, so why do we believe that North Korea is some “rogue” state?
