Interesting. Selective memo keeping?

Maybe it is a CYA game that they play. The down side, of course, is that those memos can be used against the person who wrote them or they might implicate fellow cohorts.

So, they probably only keep notes for certain people — like recording conversations. Maybe notes are legal and recordings are not?

Yeah, it looks like they were very selective in who they produced memos on. In Comey’s case, the memos/notes he made on Trump weren’t written until after the meetings/conversations were over. So who knows what embellishments Comey added to them? It looks like he was fast and loose with the contents of his book, so it only stands to reason that he’d be fast and lose with any memos he prepared on Trump. This is the guy who signed 3 FISA Warrant Applications, knowing full well that the dossier that was being used as evidence to gain those warrants was fake and that Hillary’s campaign had paid for it. The guy has zero credibility.
