STOCKHOLM — Sweden may be known for its popular music, IKEA and a generous welfare state. It is also increasingly associated with a rising number of Islamic State recruits, bombings and hand grenade attacks.
In a period of two weeks earlier this year, five explosions took place in the country. It’s not unusual these days — Swedes have grown accustomed to headlines of violent crime, witness intimidation and gangland executions. In a country long renowned for its safety, voters cite “law and order” as the most important issue ahead of the general election in September.
The topic of crime is sensitive, however, and debate about the issue in the consensus-oriented Scandinavian society is restricted by taboos.
To understand crime in Sweden, it’s important to note that Sweden has benefited from the West’s broad decline in deadly violence, particularly when it comes to spontaneous violence and alcohol-related killings. The overall drop in homicides has been, however, far smaller in Sweden than in neighboring countries.
Shootings in the country have become so common that they don’t make top headlines anymore, unless they are spectacular or lead to fatalities.
Gang-related gun murders, now mainly a phenomenon among men with immigrant backgrounds in the country’s parallel societies, increased from 4 per year in the early 1990s to around 40 last year. Because of this, Sweden has gone from being a low-crime country to having homicide rates significantly above the Western European average. Social unrest, with car torchings, attacks on first responders and even riots, is a recurring phenomenon.

They cannot solve the problem because they refuse to address the problem. They refuse to address the problem because they are politically correct and would never, ever want to be associated with conservatives. Their self-image as a tolerant and enlightened people will lead to their demise.
Have absolutely no sympathy or regard for the Swedes. While Norwegians resisted and suffered fighting the Nazis, the hypocritical “neutral” Swedes traded with the Nazis and made a fortune until the Nazi gold ran out.
Self-image. When you buy your own bullcrap. Sweden gets what it deserves. Disregard objective standards and fall in love with your own marketing...kiss of death.
But.. but.. socialism!
If there were ever a people who castrated themselves, it is the Swedes.

Sweden is a country that pretty much had things working. Yes, it was far more communistic with far less liberty than most Americans would ever tolerate — but it mostly worked in Sweden if only because of its homogeneous and much smaller population — but now, alas, it cannot work - not with the imported savage enemy right in its Midst Sweden, like several other countries, has been SOLD OUT to the Muslim invasion and eventual conquest. No civilized society can survive iskamonazis inside its cities — the Muslims have conquered 56 countries and only very very rarely does one manage to break free again - it took Spain 777 years to get their country back from a similar Muslim invasion (from 711 to 1491, with much blood shed).

Mark Stein, who was in for Tucker Carlson last night, reported on the Swedish problem. Katie Hopkins was his guest and gave very clear information about what is going on over there. It sounds like Sweden will not survive if something does not change quickly.

We are doing the same thing here, normalizing the behavior of our (increasingly foreign-born) underclass and kowtowing to them. Our middle class is increasingly childless as they bear the costs of the swelling underclass - EVERY COST.
Norway resisted because it was invaded.
Oh and a not insignificant number enthusiastically cooperated with Germany, with many volunteering to fight ( entire SS divisions).
Meanwhile, Once great proud Vikings are in Valhalla disgusted by their pathetic weenie relatives.

But there were many Dutch and Belgians in Rg. Westland. And SS Charlemagne, made up of Frenchmen, was among the units holding out in Berlin until the bitter end.
The Germans simply cast their cause as a crusade against communism and recruits came pouring in. People can rationalize anything -- Germany was going to be a 1000 year Reich. Rather than viewing themselves as traitors, I'm sure many of those men simply assumed that their nations would shortly homogenize and settle down as provinces of the Reich. They weren't betraying their homelands, they were serving the unified empire.
And for Scandinavians, being another "pure" branch of "Aryan" stock, they could easily apply German racial superiority to themselves.
