All of these high crimes have been staring Jeff “the rat bastard” Sessions in the face for over a year. He should have been empaneling grand juries but he’s busy helping mueller run his special counsel coup against Trump.
Investigations have been going on all along. This is to educate and inform the public. To let them know that crimes were committed so it isn't a total shock when the indictments come down. Most people still don't know what's going on behind the scenes.
