The problem is twofold.
Someone sees an article on Drudge. Or wherever. Thinks “This is great. I’ll FReep it.” And they do so.
Lather. Rinse. Repeat.
Secondly, the mods quit enforcing the duplicate thread rule years ago. Post, repost, whatever. They don’t (or can’t) care.
I think he meant the latest post was not labeled as ‘breaking’!

Maybe it just doesnt matter anymore. I remember when I used to have to squeeze every last bite out of some program code, but now I have all the memory I can possibly use. Same for storage and databases. Same for bandwidth.
