The producers might want to wait a few months. The final chapter on John McCain hasn’t been written yet, and it’s going to be a doozy.
McQueeg was all set to be Admiral like the rest of his family, then he couldnt land a plane.
But was he tortured at all? He broke both arms and they were never set properly, and still look terrible. Another fellow POW (who granted isn't a McCain fan) said that was the extent of his injuries -- and that McCain was treated like a VIP because of his father the Admiral. Later, the media tried to tell us that the arms were a RESULT of torture, which the POW (and available evidence) indicates is untrue.
Waste of film and money, and it won’t be truthful.
