I don’t know what has happened to FR with all the negative comments. I, for one, see nothing but good from all that Trump is doing. I don’t care for some of the way he expresses himself, but what he accomplishes is amazing. I believe this time next year we will see the great ship America has come about and the nation becoming more and more a Constitutional Republic as the people are regaining their power over what has been a Washington power base. I foresee these polls finding great majorities for President Trump and other conservative leaders before his four years ends. It is OK to read the MSM, but you guys shouldn’t believe all their garbage.

And the GOP still can’t decide to get on the Trump train.

..... an attempted war in Syria.

Not an attempted war but a punitive strike. If you know anything about the military it should have been obvious to you with a few hours of it occurring.

George W. Bush had high polls too. Look what happened we got Obama for 8 years.

George W Bush had high poll numbers in the immediate aftermath of 9-11. After that he languished in low 40's. And Bush isn't 1/3 the man that Donald Trump is.

And in case you missed it...WW3 didn't start on Friday night.

Not to mention Trump will vociferously DEFEND whatever military actions he chooses to take.

W just sat there silent for six years and let the Democrats bludgeon him to a bloody pulp. No way that happens to Trump.

A lot of the disapproval is manufactured. More than once I have read a thread at the Daily Mail (British) website where comments are overwhelmingly pro-Trump or pro-conservative, whatever the topic is.

I check back later and the top comments have vanished (1,000 plus green arrows they had) and the polarity of the comments is reversed. This is accomplished by wiping away what had previously been the top comments. It creates a false impression.

Pay no attention to that webmaster behind the curtain.

Can you imagine if the North Koreans give up their nukes and the US demobilizes 40,000 military troops out of South Korea on Trumps watch? What will the media report? What will polled Americans think of Trump?

Among registered voters,, that ABC Washington Post poll has Trump’s approval at 44% approval.

It is worse, it is a bifurcated culture, we are so incompatible I don’t see how we continue to co-exist, it is a miracle. We have different news sources, and we do not share a common vision. Their was a time it was country 1st, up to our waters edge, don’t mess with us, now anything goes, it a putrid minestrone soup of moral and neuvo-socialist ingredients and I am not eating it thank you very much.

Well said. Half the country wants to make America great again. The other half looks between their legs and can’t figure out what sex they are.

It’s long past time we stopped placating these idiots - whether it’s because of political correctness, or the desire to “get along” or the delusion that we’re somehow going to win their favor.

Registered voters. Old fake poll trick and usually D+ oversampled.

If it was a likely voter poll, Trump would be over 50%.

He’s far more popular than the fake news media lets on and they’re doing their best to hide it.

If the Blue Wave doesn’t materialize in November, Trump’s popularity will be a big part of it.

Trump might be popular, but Congress is not. In fact, Congress, and the Republicans in it, deserves its lack of popularity. This has to be one of those most disappointing performances by a party in the majority. So a Blue Wave is still a distinct possibility.

“Local radio just touted a poll with Trump at 39%.”

ABC News poll and I think a CBS poll had Trump at 37-39%.

“And as Sabato say ( no I am not a fan of his ) add 10% to that.
Think about it. President Trump is more like at 61% approval rating, it is Dem oversampling and Fake News Bias.”

The other thing that we should be considering, is the likelihood that by election time, Trump’s poll numbers will be ten points higher. I don’t think that the RATs can overcome a President who has real poll numbers that are approaching 70%!

You do realize the War for Independence was only supported but less than 10% of the population? We’ve always been a bifurcated culture, more or less...we are a nation of 330 million people and opinions...
