I haven't heard an official announcement, but I'm beginning to suspect today is National Oxymoron Day.

A revenue-neutral tax is an oxymoron.
Taxes seldom stay revenue-neutral even if they’re sold to be that in the first place.
Just how stupid do they think we are?
