Very simple, Assad is fighting ISIS we are bombing Assad. We are ISIS’s air force.

We bombed, very specifically, three chemical weapon sites. If Assad was not using chemical weapons on ISIS how did that strike hamper Assad’s ability to fight ISIS?

It didn’t. Unless he was using chemical weapons on ISIS, right?
