Cohen is barely a lawyer, he is a fixer.

Some people are barely married -- and never perform their "marital duties" -- but they still have the spousal privilege against incrimination.

It's strange that some lawyers are arguing against attorney-client privilege in this case, since much of what lawyers goes far beyond simply filing briefs and appearing in court, and attorneys are sworn not to do anything that hurts the legal profession.

Preet says there are thousands of people prosecuted by over-aggressive federal prosecutors. Interesting. He says that Trump's use of pardon of Libby is an abuse of the pardon power.

It sounds like he's trying to straddle the fence on this, and please both sides.

He’s a lawyer. As far as I know they most used way to crack that client / attorney privilege are RICO laws. Many of us advocating doing this to Clinton’s Lawyer Kendal.

Is that next for PDJT? Rico charges?
