The “mission” will not be fully accomplished as long as the USA remains under two rules of law. Every day that Hillary walks free is just another slap in the face of the people not just in this country but the rest of the world. He did actually say those words, and he was correct: The mission was to destroy the research and manufacturing facilities comprised of three buildings. And also to deliver a figurative slap to the back of Assad's head and attempt to shame Putin and the Iranian Mullahs and also to warn them against continuing to back Assad. And all of that was indeed accomplished.
Now, the only reason the left and Trump-haters are harping on this "Mission Accomplished" BS is that now-infamous photo of GWB on the deck of a U.S. Navy ship where the sailors hung a "Mission Accomplished" banner from (what looks like) the structure just below the bridge. At that time, the BDS-infected leftist press complained that the war was just starting, and the president (at that time) was claiming premature victory.
The whole thing is frikkin' ridiculous. I wish I could say I was surprised to see so many on FNC harping in the (non)issue, but I can't.
