Dictatorial, as in, the president is not the only person in the land that can pass judgment on anybody, and then prosecute them too. The law is not about one single person, and you still can't get that simple fact through your thick skull.

Hey brainstorm; the constitution makes the president the top executive. He is responsible to the people and can also be impeached, einstein.
