Hey, dufus...

Dictatorial, as in, the president is not the only person in the land that can pass judgment on anybody, and then prosecute them too. The law is not about one single person, and you still can't get that simple fact through your thick skull.

Now, it seems to me that you're the one that needs some even simpler schooling, as in from the school of "common sense" as it relates to how law-enforcement is not about simple-minded thinking.

Hey brainstorm; the constitution makes the president the top executive. He is responsible to the people and can also be impeached, einstein. He also is over the FBI and the DOJ. because they must have person reporting to the people to oversee them. This is how a republic/democracy works. You make them dictators not the elected guy. WTF country are you in? You are an idiot.
