Wait a second. CRIMINAL prosecution? Seriously? Or simply disciplinary action?
Finally.... The chickens come home to roost. Let the criminal trials begin.
And Rosenstein??? WOW!! I was not expecting that.
I don’t see anything recommending criminal prosecution of Rosenstein. At least my search for “Rosenstein”didn’t find it.
Please cite this exact information from this report.
He was already fired so disciplinary would be meaningless. Criminal is very much a different matter. They should charge, arrest, and try jailing him.
Sessions, Rosenweasel and Wray cornered.
Best line of the tweet.
WHAT??
Oooooohhhhhhh......
Ill visit him in prison.
Ill bake him a cake with some files in it.
Whitewater files.
If you take the McCabe report and the Comey book together, you should not miss the important story. According to both of them, Comey came out about Hillary and McCabe leaked to the Wall Street Journal because the DOJ refused to allow a grand jury, indictment or special prosecutor for Hillary. It comes up in both the book and the McCabe report and people aren’t talking about it. The Justice department was stonewalling after the tarmac visit.
LOl—sad thing is we both know this slimeball will probably walk free. I am seriously considering moving to Montana and starting a Militia-—enough of the garbage.
Not sure that’s correct. IMO, the report says it’s up to the FBI to decide a course of action.
You wrote: “This is the inspector General report to congress today. It’s recomending criminal prosecution of McCabe and Rosenstein.”
As detailed in this report, the OIG found that then -Deputy Director Andrew McCabe lacked candor , including under oath, on multiple occasions in connection with describing his role in connection with a disclosure to the WSJ, and that this conduct violated FBI Offense Codes 2.5 and 2.6. The OIG also concluded that McCabes disclosure of the existence of an ongoing investigation in the manner described in this report violated the FBIs and the Departments media policy and constituted misconduct.
The OIG is issuing this report to the FBI for such action that it deems to be appropriate.
