There can be no obstruction of an investigation that has no crime to investigate.
It’s the old “prove a hypothetical negative” trick.
Imagine if you had to prove that you never had negative thoughts about your dog being raped by Donald Duck.
So it's only fair that after Trump fired a head of the FBI, he gets impeached.

I think Rosenstein's charge to Mueller was two words: "Get Trump!"
Mueller is probably trying to decide how to release the report to cause the maximum damage to Trump. If the Democrats win the House, his report will be their blueprint for impeachment.
