Someone put up a short video-clip of the ‘canister’ (3 days ago) used in this attack. The comment is that it was dropped via a helicopter, and ‘landed’ into the building. I sat there....having seen pictures before, and have to say that this was the least damaged bomb/canister that I’ve ever seen. Zero dents.

I get the impression that your intelligence service is located in Lubyanka. But “our” service is at Langley.
