Allies of President Trump fear that federal investigators may have seized recordings of conversations made by Trump’s personal lawyer Michael Cohen.
Cohen occasionally taped his conversations with others and would play them back for colleagues, those close to Cohen told the Washington Post newspaper.
Now some Trump associates reportedly fear that tapes of recorded conversations could have been taken by FBI agents during the raid of Cohen’s office on Monday.
“We heard he had some proclivity to make tapes,” one Trump adviser told the paper. “Now we are wondering, who did he tape? Did he store those someplace where they were actually seized? ... Did they find his recordings?”
It’s unknown if Cohen did record any conversations between himself and Trump, but sources told the Post that Cohen recorded discussions dealing with both business and politics.
One individual said Cohen would play recordings for him of the Trump lawyer talking with other top advisers to the president.
“It was his standard practice to do it,” that individual said.
FBI agents raided Cohen’s office on Monday on a referral from special counsel Robert Mueller, Cohen’s lawyer said.

Based on this post from Q, I would say that President Trump already has wide open surveillance on ALL the bad actors. “We see all. We hear all.” is a frequent catch phrase. Whether or not Mueller and Rosenstein are in on it, they are probably at least the “Carter Page” of the counter-coup.

I thought he already did that with his anthrax “investigation” that targeted no Mahometans but went after US citizens who served honorably in the military.
If you watch the Alex Jones show from Election Night you will see Roger Stone saying that although it was great Trump won, the left would start its war on the new Administration immediately and never let up, using every lie and tool available to them in the gargantuan government. Stone was right on target - when recounts failed in the key states they went to intimidation of the Electors, when that failed miserably they tried to disrupt the Inauguration - when that flopped they reemphasized the Russian collusion bs; when that proved to be nonexistent, they bring forth porn queens; when that failed, they are getting into Trump business deals. It will never end; we will need to be vigilant for the next six years - these people who will insist on accommodation from us will give us NOTHING in return.

...what chance of any sort of lawsuit would there be? The rule of law would no longer exist as anything but an abstract concept that the elites will laugh at louder than they do now.
If the duly elected President of the United States can get yanked around by the machine and removed from office on a pretext, the EX-President of the United States will be obliterated by the machine with or without a pretext.
There is no picking up and moving on from this coup d' etat.

He already has. Mueller has already shown that protecting the FBI and himself is more important than upholding the law. This is the guy who allowed 4 men to rot in jail on death row when he knew they were innocent because the corrupt FBI was protecting a source who committed the murders. Mueller knew all this. He’s a soulless pr*ck.
They are dirty, fatherless SOBs and will stoop to the lowest levels to burn the president.
You know darn well they will go through everything with a fine tooth comb - especially the privileged lawyer/client communication.
They won’t take direct action on anything they find illegally - they will just secretly use it to develop another evidence trail they can access legally.
I suspect most of what was taken in the raid, perhaps all of it will be inadmissable in court and may even get sanctions against those who ordered the raid. Mueller would know this and it occurred to me that th eoint of the raid and confiscations was to obtain blackmail material which can be used without official attribution.-You say what we want you to say or we “leak” this info.
