I think Facebook has serious civil liability for discrimination in the stream of commerce. They have per se civil rights violation with Diamond and Silk. We are talking big bucks. Also if they are using data with children under 18— those children are absolutely NOT bound by any user agreement. If I am a conservative and that is me creed, you absolutely cannot discriminate against me under the express provisions of the civil rights act which has both civil and criminal penalties.
ALL of the large internet companies (facebook, google, twitter, amazon, etc.) engage in custom tailored censorship for every country that they do business in.
There’s a name for that, where business and government have a cozy relationship.
Have they publicly apologized to Diamonds & Silk? And others? Is this start of a trend? Maybe revant their moderators to include balance of conservatives, a little of everyone?
“Accidentally” is when you cat runs across the keyboard and hits the delete key. When anyone actually makes a decision to delete then it is called “intentional”. I guess the better term to describe liberal actions that they later regret would be this:
“Accidentally intentional”.
Or
An “intentional accident”.
So if a Christian baker can be forced to bake a gay cake then why can’t Facebook be forced to serve conservatives?
