Could have sworn the ACLU just said that “no one was above the law”?
Apparently if you arent an American citizen, you have more rights than the president.
Sessions is owned by the Clintons, there will be no justice. The DOJ provides the cover.
But the lawsuit said U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) has been detaining people who were going through that process.
Is it true that ICE is arresting spouses of US Citizens and deporting them? If so that is insane.
Deport them both together.
But they are OK with Trump’s private attorney being raided.
ACLU = American Criminal Lunatic Union
They're remaining in the United States...
Now, is that "illegally separating families"? You betcha. Same thing happens to all criminals.
Amazing that legacy media will still insist on referring to not yet to be convicted criminals as suspects but illegal aliens are now always referred to as “immigrants” when they are two totally legally district classes of people.
They are not suing the Trump administration. They are suing the government of the people, by the people, for the people. They are for unlawful entry and unlawful occupation of the United States.
Fine. Send them all back across the border. Problem solved.
‘The lawsuit centers on regulations the U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) enacted during former Democratic President Barack Obamas administration ...” It is challenging a regulation, not a law. Regulations come and go according to the administration in control.
When I was a college student I married another student who was here legally on a student visa. After we married, while my spouse still had the legal student status, we returned to my spouse’s country. When we went to extend the student visa, we were told that he must apply for and receive a permanent resident visa before we could get on our flight and return the next week. We hustled up and got TB xrays and police reports from previous addresses and got the appropriate status to return. It takes work, but immigration can be done the proper way.
