The thread a couple of days ago about U-Haul prices skyrocketing on One-Way rentals OUT of Calif. Stand by for even higher prices.
IF I still lived & worked in Calif & they told me how much I could charge for my services, my house would have been up for sale in about 20 minutes.
I left in Dec 2004. WILL NEVER GO BACK.
Californians brag about the sunshine and good weather they have year-round, but I wouldn’t trade it for anything. I’d rather stay in the Northwoods here in WI with plenty of fish, game, and armed neighbors than to stay in CA.
