I don't believe in extraordinary claims, without extraordinary proof. And proof from the folks who sold us on WMD in Iraq needs extra caution.

Yes, and opening up the city as Trump demands is a first step, then an investigation on where and who launched the attack. Maybe a rogue group. But once the culprits are clear, give them a chance to surrender, else kill them without mercy.
