Imagine if an alien race had invaded Earth and started exterminating humans (at random) by the millions but allowed newspapers to continue publishing without censorship. The New York Times editorials would be much friendlier to the invading aliens then than they are to Trump now, count on it. My guess:

"We Are Really Trying to Help--Alien Ambassador Exclusive Interview"

"Things Are Really Looking Up--The Case for Optimism"

"The Aliens Do Have Things To Teach Us--If We are willing to listen"

I was thinking that yesterday. Don’t THEY even get bored making up the kind of relentless BS they print about DJT? The polls clearly show they’re not swaying anyone’s opinion no matter WHAT fantasies they print - so why do it? Because ranting is the only thing they have left?

And why isn’t the NYT out of business by now ANYWAY? Who’s keeping that thing afloat?
