House Intelligence Committee Chairman Devin Nunes is threatening another legal fight, this time over the Rosetta Stone of the Russia collusion investigation: The FBI document, (or EC, for Electronic Communication) showing exactly what triggered it.

On Wednesday, House Intelligence Committee Chairman Devin Nunes (R-CA) sent a letter to Deputy Attorney General Rod Rosenstein and FBI Director Christopher Wray that instructed them to produce unredacted copies of the documents that the FBI used as the basis to officially open up its Russia investigation.

More "running out the clock" with paper fights and threats of "civil suits" by gutless Republicans who continue to coddle seditious Democrats obsessed with their self-appointed task of overthrowing the will of the American people.

The take-down of Donald Trump, both pre-election and as president of this nation as proven in multiple documents and personal communications should be of the highest need for investigation and prosecution. Republican Party failure to address it quickly-strongly-legally-ethically-morally is utterly jawdropping. If RINO John McCain is deeply involved in it, let the chips fall where they may.

I don’t understand why President Trump doesn’t get involved in this. He can order the release from the FBI.

It’s giving them plenty of time to destroy the “good stuff”

A Washington investigation starts with identifying what was done and by Who? The next step is to destroy, eliminate all incriminating evidence and witness to the same.

Next comes the quiet whispered allegations deemed "crazy and nutz".

Next comes the slight mention among opposition.

Next comes an announced hearing where nothing budged, followed by more of the same. Next comes the ride out the clock game over catered committee hearings where no outcome is even desired as they are all aware of step #1's effective reality.

Very, very clearly unconstitutional. Anyone obstructing congressional investigation, especially a government agency, needs to be arrested by US Marshalls or military if necessary.

That pencil neck wimp POS Rosenstein is behind this. Put him in a cell with Bruce and Rocky.

Time for an army of US Marshalls to start raiding offices.

ALL their illegal and treasonable activities for at least the last 10 to 15 years.

Agreed. I’m hoping Mr. Nunes already has a copy leaked to him. If so, it would put him in a position of having more than one source of the truth; corroborating the EC or identifying that the an unknown leaker or a sitting FBI director not being truthful.

Of course, hope is not a strategy. So perhaps Mr. Nunes could give some subtle suggestion or leak through a trusted ally in the FBI that he already knows exactly what’s in the EC? It might give the FBI Director some motivation to share the data in return for some return concession.

It’s the document that launched the Trump counter intelligence operation by Peter Strzok. I have a sneaky suspicion that it is based on info from CIA Director John Brennan and British Mi6 “intel”.

Without the Trump CI operation, there would be no Mueller special counsel. If Nunes succeeds the end of Mueller’s malicious endeavour will be over.

Maybe the RINOs are stalling until McCain is dead. Don't want to embarrass him while he's still alive. Sense of honor and all that BS.

What are they hiding? Uranium One, Clinton Foundation, child pedo rings, human trafficking, illegal wiretapping of US citizens, false flag attacks on the homeland, lying under oath just to name a few things.

If that paperwork is that much of a bombshell, it won’t matter if it comes out now or in October. Hell, I’d rather it comes out now, gives DOJ lots of time to proceed with indictments, grand juries and arrests.

Unfortunately, I’m thinking that whenever it does, something catastrophic will happen, people will die and they’ll be thousands of liberals marching in the streets over something they know nothing about.

If I were a parent and this stuff is bad, and released, I’d keep my kid out of school for at least a month, I wouldn’t go any event with lots of people and I’d do all my shopping on Amazon, as sad as that may sound.
