“Unlike judges in regular courts, immigration judges work for the executive branch of government, in this case the Justice Department”
Stable Genius.
Seriously, this is a Monday morning win.
Let’s see...700 cases a year...fewer than 300 immigration judges hearing cases...backlog of 650,000 cases...math still doesn’t work. Instead of 300 judges hearing 700 cases a year how about 700 judges hearing 700 cases a year? Or 1000 judges hearing 700 cases a year? Or is the administration not interested in real solutions to the problem?
Someone must have given Jeff a triple Espresso today.
Waiting for court injunction on judicial quotas....
Winning as long as the progressives among that judge corps dont start granting amnesty willy-nilly. The burden of proof needs to be on these lying aliens!
If we are serious about deporting all of these invaders, it sure would help to have some sort of barrier, partition or WALL to keep them from turning around and trotting on back in.
It would also help to have a Congress that funded that idea beyond a gesture.
Good.
It’s time to have some assessment of these judges and evaluate their performance.
I like it!
Divide the number of illegals believed to be in the country by the number of immigration judges, and that result should be their annual quota for this year. With 350 judges and 12 million (plus perhaps a lot) immigration judges, that’s 140 deportations per day, allowing for holidays and vacations. If we skip the nonsense (everything beyond “can you prove that you are in the United States legally?”), that’s a reasonable pace.
ppp!
Just put a bounty on em and make it: WANTED: Dead or Alive.
There are some folks that would have em stacked up like cordwood in front of the courthouse steps waiting to collect the bounties.
However...
What's the excuse for not doing this within 3 months (instead of 1 year & 3 months) of becoming President?
Sorry for yelling in all caps, but it is better that I assault your eyes than tear my own hair out.
How ‘bout we ship the lawyers/judges where they need to go to get the job done faster.
No building, just an open-air tent near the border, or at the dock(s).
See how fast they can get their ‘jobs’ done then. Keep ‘em there until finished.
Wouldn’t it be cheaper for the U.S. taxpayers to give every one of these illegal alien invaders an old Obamaphone, send them home and tell them we’ll call them when their “court” date is coming up?
