What you're seeing here is evidence that ad time on Fox News -- and even most other cable networks -- is damn near worthless. The audiences are simply too small to matter much.

Even if 100 soccer moms with stunted misfit kids canceled their Progressive auto insurance over this drama, the company will lose more revenue than the incremental revenue they would have gained by advertising on Fox in the first place.

I heard on the Rush Limbaugh show that the leftist organizations falsely explode the number of people complaining. That is, the leftists are more of a paper tiger characterized by non-existent voices. The clamor is unreal and orchestrated by malevolent, well-funded far-left groups.

The sooner the weak willed managers realize this, the better it will be for their business prospects. Such weak managers should be educated or replaced, in my opinion.
