When I worked for a union we represented everyone not teachers in several districts. When the schools had budget problems and cut hours for the yard attendees and a few other positions, parents volunteered to do the work. The union took them to court because these parents were taking union jobs, and the union won. Insanity.

When officers went to Lemon’s classroom and told him he was under arrest, he began to pace around and around his desk. He then opened and closed desk draws several times. Officers said he seemed to very frustrated, and then began moving things on his desk as though trying to hide things.
After a few minutes, Lemons agreed to walk out of the building to be arrested and he was allowed to do so without handcuffs. Once outside, he was handcuffed and transported to the police station.
The officer returned to the school to find out what was on his desk. Police found a white plastic bag with a large black kitchen knife, in addition to various papers and journals. His computer was also removed for review by professionals.
Stupid, racist black people bring misery to themselves and other blacks.
This is the same kind of overt, over the top racial hate that fueled the BLM "Pigs In A Blanket" and "We Want Dead Cops" movement.
And that lead to innocent cops being killed.
And that put cops everywhere in fear of their lives, on edge, and super suspicious of any gesture that might be interpreted as threatening.
The result is that black men get shot by cops who can't take a chance that a black man reaching in his jacket is grabbing a cell phone or a billfold instead of a gun.
If this racist wannabe killer makes a threatening gesture to a white cop or any armed white person who knows who he is their first reaction will be to protect themselves.
