You will NOT turn this into a political media freak show. You will give reports to me every week, and you will avail yourself to the American public monthly for questioning as I request. You will have a limited time-line. Any deviation from that, and YOU WILL BE FIRED.

Congress needs to change the law.
At least once every 30 days a report:
a. possible charge
b. evidence for same
If a top level official not charged within 180 days, end of special counsel appointment.
