Wow, this is the second source I’ve seen reporting this. Can it really be true? Is the Pope really an Annihilationist thus rejecting 2000 years of fundamental Catholic dogma?

The Jehovah’s Witnesses have this same belief, and possibly some others, though I cannot think of one right off...........

He needs to quit saying anything to an Athiest who has no real understanding of what he’s saying. His statement was likely that there may not be a physical place called hell, that it is a state. Certainly none of us know if it’s a physical place or not.
