Parse that!!!!

“not resigning” (right now)
instead of
“not going to resign” (next hour, tomorrow, ...)

These swamp critters speak with slippery forked tongues

Too bad. Maybe if we could get a real Speaker we could save the House and not get Speaker Pelosi again come November.

Maybe the Repub internal polling is showing they will probably keep the House so Ryan wants to stay and sabotage as much of President Trump’s plans as possible. At the same time he can probably make several more under the table deals to enrich himself even more than he already has.

I’ve been surprised at the number of people who don’t remember that.
I started to feel like it was a Mandela Effect thing.
Thanks for confirming that it wasn’t.

I commented on the other thread before I saw this one. Should’ve known better. This worm won’t leave until forced to do so.

“The speaker is not resigning,” AshLee Strong, Ryan’s spokeswoman, said in a statement.

In Washington, do not believe anything until it is officially denied.

I thought that, too, when I heard the statement. It’s a very Clintonesque use of language.

Seems pretty clear, l wish this Rat traitor would leave but he won’t. The contempt he has for the Republican voters is amazing yet he stays Speaker.

My belief is that there are way too many anti-Trump, anti-American, pro-Uniparty, GOPe pubbies to replace the anti-Trump, anti-American, pro-Uniparty, GOPe Ryno!

The fault also lies with the spineless GOP squishes in the House. If he didn’t have the support there, he wouldn’t be Speaker.

Same garbage goes for those useless vermin in the Senate. President Trump can’t fire our worthless Attorney General because his Republican cronies in the Senate stand up, act indignant, and claim to have complete faith in him.

I rarely see ANY of them stand up for President Trump, except with weasel words (like Ryan’s introduction of him at the fund-raiser last week), which means they’re not standing up for the people who elected him, either (which means us). Then they wonder why despise them (or, more likely, they don’t, since so many of them seem to rake in millions of dollars somehow).

Feckless Ryan/McConnell are the greatest impediment to the Trump Train

“The speaker is not resigning
Why the HELL not? “
————
Because the last thing the globalist Conspiracy which actually controls both parties would accept is a populist Speaker of the House.....

As long as the charade of GOPe vs DNCe opposition shepherds all legislation through Congress, the central bankers of the world can manipulate the United States government to their global social pleasure.

——Why the HELL not?——

Simple. Because resignation is not with in the procedural order of things.

It must be remembered that Ryan did not welcome the Speakership and there was no one else anxiously seeking the job.

Ryan’s primary goal and mission of a tax cut has been accomplished. In regular order, he may propose a replacement when the next congress votes on a successor.

Paul Ryan is waiting for orders from his globalist handlers when to step down....’they’ will wait until ‘they’ can do the most damage to President Trump.
