Yes, but now that the military is properly funded they don't need to have them delivered by UPS in cardboard boxes anymore. The 0bama Era is over!
I believe bombs are illegal for individuals though. So it’s impossible that am individual did this. Has to be govt. Individuals aren’t allowed to own or make bombs.
